Opportunity Summary:
Flat River Minerals ("FRM") is a dynamic and growth-focused firm managing a diverse portfolio of mineral, royalty, and non-op assets. FRM is seeking a driven, results-oriented, and competitive Acquisition Specialist to join our high-performing acquisitions team. This is a full-time role designed for individuals who can immediately contribute by sourcing, negotiating, and closing mineral and royalty transactions.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage thousands of assigned accounts, utilizing leads generated by the in-house title team and other proprietary sources.
Review title history as needed within the company's title software platform, Tracts.co.
Identify and verify mineral owner contact information through third-party platforms.
Utilize proprietary software to manage leads, track performance, and coordinate with the in-house team.
Conduct high-volume outreach via calls, emails, and mail to mineral interest owners.
Negotiate mineral and royalty transactions, structuring competitive offers and ensuring successful acquisitions.
Maintain and manage a growing pipeline of acquisition opportunities to meet company objectives.
Compensation & Benefits:
$40,000 base salary plus acquisition-based commission
No cap on annual commission earnings

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
